The California Partnership Academies Program will distribute a Request For Application
(RFA) for 25 planning planning grants, and 25 implementation grants in mid August.
The RFA will be posted on the California Department of Education web-site at: www.cde.ca.gov/partacad
1. Preliminary notification of funding will be mailed to districts and posted
on the California Department of Education (CDE) web-site at the beginning of August. Final notification of funding
should be available by the end of August.
2. 2000-2001 application forms and the 2000-2004 local plans are due October 2, 2000.
3. The change in the funding formula for 131-secondary funding may significantly change the allocation for 2000-2001.
